This remarkable example is rust-free and always has been. That's rare enough, but this car also comes with a comprehensive history. The large binder of documents and receipts begins with the original registration showing purchase from Camino Datsun in Sunnyvale, CA on March 24, 1977. The car was undercoated by the dealer when new and remained in California until 2003.

The car moved around between locations and owners since then, with each new owner preserving the tradition and saving all service records and receipts.

Now part of the Rayberne's Garage collection, it is receiving a sympathetic rolling restoration by some of the best talent in the classic car world. All receipts added to the binder, of course.
