"Ratsun" is a 1972 240Z with just 57K original miles! This car comes to the Garage from the Randy Jaffe Collection in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Jaffe collection of historic, significant, and modified Datsuns and Nissans has been called "Datsun Heaven." Ratsun was featured in a Larry Chen video in the Hoonigan Autofocus series. Before coming to Rayberne's Garage the car was fitted with new front and rear anti-sway bars by Vintage Racing, new VTO racing wheels and tires, and new Z-Therapy carburetors.
Tuning was performed by Rob Fuller at Z-Car Garage where new header and full ZCG 2.5 exhaust with Magnaflow were installed before dyno testing showed and improvement of 38 HP and 25 lbft of torque.
The build is modeled on the championship car driven by John Morton and carries the racing livery from the 1970/1971 championship season. John autographed Ratsun's glove box door.
